Challenge

The challenge at hand was to create a communication, loyalty, and content consumption platform for the sales points of the NAOS Group, with a focus on their renowned brands Bioderma and Esthederm. This project aimed to provide a tool that not only enhanced communication and engagement with sales points but also facilitated access to training and promotional materials.

Solution

The response to this challenge was the development of Universo NAOS and NAOS Game. These innovative platforms enable sales point assistants to participate in challenges, download training content, request products, and stay informed about the latest NAOS updates. The platform was designed to be intuitive and engaging, encouraging active participation and enhancing the learning and loyalty experience.

Result

The impact of Universo NAOS has been significant, with more than 15,000 active users for over 2 years. This high level of adoption demonstrates the platform's success in achieving its initial objectives. Furthermore, the continuous evolution and improvement of the platform ensure that it continues to meet the changing needs of users and the NAOS Group, strengthening the relationship between the brands and their sales points.
